This document is designed to report on our achievements in 2004/05 and to present our action plan for 2005/06. Where appropriate, it gives concrete examples of what EM Media has been able to achieve or aims to achieve utilising RIFE investment. EM Media will be developing a three year business plan in for 2006/07 to 2008/09 in the spring and summer of 2005. This will include a review of our ambitions and priorities for that period and will involve the whole staff and board team and key external agencies, partners and investors.
